Hey there fellow wanderer, got some caps? It's Jay and Silent Bob and they have gone full Vault Boy. I made this way back with the launch of Wastelanders in Fallout 76 to celebrate Jason Mewes joining as one of the voice actors. Here I've vaultified (yeah it's a word) the duo hanging outside the Quick Stop, probably peddling Fever Blossom or the like such. Add +5 Charisma to your SPECIALs with a tee that's sure to help you pass any Speech check that may come your way, just be sure to hand over 15 caps little man.
